If the dryer seems to be straining to tumble the wet clothes, you have overloaded it, and will need to remove some of the load so that the clothes will dry properly. Another clue that you have too much in your dryer is that if the clothes are not getting dry. This means you have too many wet things in your dryer, and you are trying to dry too much at one time.
